By visiting or by placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not use this website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.labelsprint.com.
We hope you enjoy using the facilities and products offered by Labelsprint for producing your own label designs. We will do all we can to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience and that you are completely happy with your order.
We are responsible for making sure that every product offered on Labelsprint is shown accurately, and to check that all prices shown are correct.
We are NOT responsible for the content of the label that you design, nor for the accuracy of that content. It is important that you check carefully your design, content, spelling and all other details of your order (including details of finishes, colours, winding, quantities, etc) since we cannot be held responsible for the quality or completeness of data or images that you have uploaded or input to your order.
We have a 'proofing' mechanism whereby adding an item to your basket with a quantity of 1 will cause us to regard the item as a proof request. A proof request is not subject to normal minimum order charges that may otherwise apply, but the item produced will not be a fully finished and cut single label. Instead, your design will be printed on the correct selected material with the correct selected finish and may be provided back to you with additional notes to help you consider how your label design will look in its printed form.
We recommend that proofs are requested for new label designs prior to placing quantity orders.
Placing your order
Once you have placed an order with us (by choosing an item and completing our online checkout process) we will show a summary of your order and provide you with a customer order number.
Our acceptance of your order becomes effective when it is manufactured. A ‘purchase contract’ between you and Labelsprint is therefore made at the point of manufacture, rather than at the point of payment. If you fail to complete the checkout process, or cancel your order or if we notify you that we cannot accept your order, then no purchase contract will have been made between you and Labelsprint.

Please note: Any order you place with us which contains uploaded content which is or is deemed to be threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, or inflammatory, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or copyright or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience may not be processed. Neither Labelsprint nor our suppliers or employees will be responsible for any refund or replacement at our cost, nor will we be liable for any consequential claim for loss or damages or any other action which may be taken by any party as a result of a breach of this condition.
You may cancel an order at any time before it is manufactured by using the Contact Us pages on this website. Please mark your communication ‘Urgent’ since we aim to produce and despatch products immediately upon confirmation of your order.
Personalised products cannot be cancelled or accepted for return and refund once an order has been confirmed.
So that we can provide you with a fast, high-quality service any products you order are processed for production immediately upon issue of your order number. Since we do not interfere, review, or check the detail of or within your label, it is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are correct, including the address and postcode you wish to use.
We are not obliged to provide a refund of personalised items, nor for refund or replacement of late or non-receipt of orders where the recipient address has been misspelt or entered incorrectly by you. You can make changes to your order before you complete the checkout process. Please check your order carefully before confirming it.
You will be able to access and order a product if you prefer not to register your details with us, by using the ‘Pay as a Guest’ option. We will give you the choice upon completion of your order to register with us if you wish.
We prefer to use Worldpay as our payment processor. This service is free to you, the customer. No payment information is retained by Labelsprint; all financial information is passed out to and kept by our payment processor for their records.
Postage and packaging charges
The prices shown on this website are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges; these will be shown separately at the checkout stage. All products will display appropriate delivery and packaging pricing alongside the product description.
Delivery and postage
Once you have placed your order your products will be sent as soon as possible by first class post via Royal Mail unless you choose other special delivery options which may be offered.
You should allow at least 7 working days from confirmation of order to despatch. Mail despatched to the EU or the rest of the world can take anything between 5 to 10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruption to postal deliveries which are out of the control of Labelsprint.
Some items offered through Labelsprint may be packed and despatched direct from the manufacturer or originator of the product. If this is the case, you will be advised directly by the supplier of estimated delivery times and costs, and packaging costs.
Using the correct postcode is important to ensure prompt delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that delivery addresses are adequate but we cannot be held responsible for errors in the supply of such information by you.
We will always despatch your order in perfect condition but occasionally a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that an order is faulty, or it is damaged in production or is found to be the wrong item, we ask you to Contact Us within 14 days of receipt to let us know of the problem. Use the Contact Us tab at the top of the website home page.
We will agree with you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a direct replacement of your order. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse, incorrect address or if personalization is misspelt. Please note personalised products cannot be accepted for return unless the fault is found to be of our making.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 14 working days, and will do our best to resolve it within 30 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product or – for non-personalised products - send it back to us to help us take up the issue with our suppliers where necessary and to avoid any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product and postage/delivery costs. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint or replace the product free of any charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and replacement.
Abuse of service
You agree not to use Labelsprint.com directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose, or to cause distress or offence to any person. You also agree not to use any copyrighted material without the express permission of the owner.
Intellectual Property Rights
All text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, images, poetry, page layouts, designs, logos, copyright or other material contained on this website remains the property of the Originator at all times. You do not have permission, except where expressly authorised to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, license, sell or distribute in any way any of these intellectual property rights. You agree not to display or use copyright material in any manner without prior written consent.
Website content and service access
We will always try to ensure that our service is available 24 hours a day. We will not be held liable for any reason if the website is unavailable at any time, or for any period.
We may provide links to other websites and related organisations for your convenience. We do not endorse the contents of those websites and are not responsible for their availability or service. We will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites you do so at your own risk.
We may update or vary our terms and conditions from time to time, so please check this section for the latest version whenever you visit our website. We may also update and vary the terms and conditions by giving notice of any such changes on other pages of this website.
